OUTDOOR FIRES

For everyone’s safety:

  • Always check current fire restrictions on the SOPFEU website before lighting a fire

FIREWORKS

To help preserve the safety of the domain and its residents:

  • Fireworks are prohibited throughout the property.
  • Sky lanterns (Chinese lanterns) are not permitted.

TRAFFIC AND PARKING

 Please drive carefully: 

  • Maximum speed of 30 km/h on all roads within the domain.
  • Maximum speed of 20 km/h on Allée du Chalet-Royal.
  • Parking on neighboring properties or along the roads is not permitted. 

Need additional parking? No problem!

RECREATIONAL VEHICLES

To help maintain a peaceful environment:

  • ATVs and other recreational vehicles are not permitted within the domain.
  • Snowmobiles may be used to access the trails while respecting the 30 km/h speed limit.

RESPECT FOR NEIGHBORS

To ensure everyone enjoys their stay: 

  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. 

RECYCLING AND COMPOSTING

We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the domain clean:

  • Please use the appropriate recycling, compost, and garbage bins.
  • Use only the bins assigned to your chalet.

RVS, TRAILERS AND TENTS

  • RVs, trailers, motorhomes, and tents are not permitted on domain properties.

PETS

Dogs are welcome when permitted by your rental agreement.

  • Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times in common areas.
  • Please clean up after your pet immediately.

BEACH OPENING HOURS

BEACH: 8:00 A.M. TO 10:00 P.M.
POOL AND WATERCRAFT: JUNE 19 TO SEPTEMBER 7, FROM 9:00 A.M. TO 7:00 P.M.

WRISTBAND ACCESS TO THE BEACH

  • An access wristband (provided in your chalet) and proof of reservation are required.

SWIMMING AT THE POOL AND BEACH

  • Swimming is unsupervised.
  • Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by a person aged 16 or older.

FOR EVERYONE’S COMFORT, PLEASE DO NOT:

  • Consume alcohol, smoke, or use cannabis on the beach.
  • Bring glass containers.

DOGS AT THE BEACH

  • Dogs must remain on a leash at all times, and please clean up after them immediately.

WATERCRAFT

Available from June 19 to September 7.

  • Wearing a life jacket is mandatory.

HELP KEEP THE BEACH CLEAN

  • Please dispose of waste in the designated bins.
  • Return tables and chairs to their original locations after use.
